Mushroom Caps marrying with the filling makes for such a
wonderful appetizer!



Smoked Trout
There is nothing like cooking in the great outdoors, and even
better is to get the old smoker going! Bruce takes these
fantastic Whole De-Boned Trout and let’s them smoke
over night in his backyard garden. The next morning we
discover the most inviting smoked fish awaiting our tastebuds!
Served on a platter with a lot of love!
