Vegetable Frittata
It’s not quite an omelet, but it’s also not a scramble,
somewhere in-between this potato and vegetable filled egg
dish is a splendid breakfast or brunch treat! Topped with
some fresh diced tomatoes and a sprig of parsley and garnished
with some fresh Fruit! Oh Yeah!


Like a parfe of sorts, the Zabayon is one of The Hippy’s
most favorite desserts, mainly because it highlights
seasonal fresh fruits throughout! It’s a creamy and
delicious blend of textures with liquor and a sprinkling
of crushed pistachio nuts on top. This truly is a
gourmet recipe!
