On the road from Solar Living Institute, the Hippy Gourmet makes a Solar Pizza! Dude, can you believe you can cook just with the power of the sunlight? You better believe it!

We take a tour with intern Eva Struble, and meet with founder and President John Schaeffer, as we learn about the magical world of solar energy, alternative power and vehicles, as well as share in their awesome garden fresh veggies, to add to our Solar Pizza experience.

Real Goods and the Institute for Solar Living get the Hippy Gourmet award for most pro-active creative visualization, into reality effort! These folks had a dream, set out to create a paradise from a wasteland, using only recycled and alternative energy products, and walk the talk of sustainable existence in a really beautiful way!
