Granola Ingredients
1 Cup Walnuts
1 Cup Almonds
1 Cup Dried Cranberries
1 Cup Raisins
3 Ounces Dried Mango
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
1 Pound Raw Oats
1 Cup Honey
1 Cup Vegetable Oil (1/2 should be Canola Oil)
Dash of Cinnamon



Preparation Add honey and oil in a saucepan on mediuem to low heat. Chop nuts. In a large bowl, add oats, and nuts. Mix in the warmed oil and honey. Add vanilla. Spread thin on a baking sheet. Sprinkle Cinnamon. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove and stir. Bake another 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove and let cool. Slice mango. Add dried fruits, cranberry, raisin and mango to Granola. A little soy milk for the vegan’s in the crowd, or milk…and ENJOY!
