A message of hope.

The winter solstice gives us a rare opportunity to witness the duality of all existence as we stand together in the moment when the days are the shortest and the nights are the longest.

But even through the darkest of times, all we need do is close our eyes and see the bright sun rising across the horizon of the earth, bringing us the promise of a season of light with each new day.

So for the holidays we wish you all this lighter perspective of things, and above all to be hopeful.

Hopeful for Peace on earth and for love,

Hopeful for greater understanding and acceptance of each other,

Hopeful for a return to common decency and to simple acts of kindness and humanity,

Hopeful for an awakened sense of community that confronts injustice with the white hot light of truth,

And Hopeful we never lose sight of how miraculous all of this everything truly is.

Our book chronicles our travels around the world, the people we've met, the foods prepared and the impetus to tell these positive stories on TV. This cookbook will help transform your life in positive and healthy ways.
